Take bookings and call-back requests in the chat

Let your assistant book appointments at times you're really free and take call-back requests, then confirm, move or decline them from one screen.

Your assistant → Bookings, then Bookings in the sidebar

When a visitor says "can I book a time?" or "can someone call me?", your assistant notices and opens a booking card right in the chat. Customers choose a service, a day you're open and a time of day that suits them (morning, say), and you're emailed about every request. You agree the exact time, so nothing is ever double-booked. It works on every plan, Free included. On the Free plan you see every booking and callback request, but the customer's name, email and phone number stay hidden until you upgrade; they still get all their booking emails.

Set it up

  1. Choose what it can take

On your assistant's Bookings tab, choose Appointments & callbacks, Appointments only, Callbacks only or Off.

  2. You confirm every booking

Nothing is booked behind your back. Every request waits for you under Bookings: agree the exact time with the customer, set it and press Confirm. They're emailed the moment you do.

  3. Add your services

List what people can book, how long each takes and an optional short note, for example Product demo · 30 min or Initial consultation · 60 min. Press Add a service for more.

  4. Set your hours

Under Hours you take bookings, switch each day on or off and set its opening and closing times. Then check the time zone and Book up to (how far ahead people can ask for). Add any closed dates such as public holidays.

  5. Save & publish

Press Save & publish. It's live in the chat immediately.

Manage your bookings

Open Bookings in the sidebar. A badge there shows how many requests are waiting. The cards across the top count requests waiting, call-backs to make, confirmed appointments in the next seven days and new leads, and the tabs below hold everything else:

  • Requests: bookings waiting for you, with the day and time of day the customer asked for. Set the exact time and press Confirm, or Decline; the customer is emailed either way.
  • Upcoming: confirmed appointments. Open one to move it to another time, add notes or cancel it.
  • Callbacks: people waiting for a call, with their number and the time of day that suits them.
  • Leads, Past and Cancelled: everything else, kept for your records.

Took a booking by phone? Press Add booking to put it in by hand. It blocks the time in the chat too.

What your customer gets

  • A "request received" email straight away, then a confirmation with the exact time once you confirm it.
  • A reminder the day before.
  • A private link to add it to their calendar or cancel it themselves. You're told if they do.
